Big progress on Wasabi these past couple weeks:
•
Removed the intake and exhaust manifolds to replace the gasket that was making an annoying exhaust leak
•
Drilled and tapped snapped studs in the exhuast manifold and head (extractor broke off in the head- awful time)
•
Deleted emission ports and simplified the cooling system
•
Ported exhaust manifold
•
Painted and installed exhaust manifold with air-injection port plugs for delete
•
Replaced lower thermostat housing
