Underside of the sills
Tape the point were the plastic undertray ends
remove arch liners under-trays and jacking pads
Sand underside until clean surface
coat any rust with converter
Wait 3 hours to dry
Mask off from pre taped line
Spray zinc primer
Fiber glass fill any spots that need it
Sand filler
Spray stone chip
And let dry
Edges of the sills
Sand back to a good surface
Spray rust converter
Let dry for 3 hours
Spray primer
Sand primer
body filler
sand filler smooth
Paint
And clear coat
Driver side sill
Remove foam
Sand rust
Use rust converter
And prime it
Use panel repair sheet to create inner lip
use fiberglass filler and then body filler
Sand smooth primer again
Paints
And clear coat
