Assembly requires cookies to securely sign you in. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings → Apps → Safari → Advanced and turn off “Block All Cookies.” Then fully close Safari, reopen it, and reload this page.
Why is the pedal rock hard. I think it might be the booster.

What I need to do:

Check the vacuum line and check valve from the engine to the booster. All checked out but the vacuum hose was a little cracked. I went ahead and replaced the check valve and vacuum hose for good measure ($30).

Still hard brake pedal. Removed the brake booster and sent it off to Irlend Engineering for rebuilding.

Got brake booster back after about a month. Put back on and bled the brakes. Now the brakes work as they should. Rebuild was ($336 including shipping).
