The new camper had been receiving the most attention as I try to get it fully sealed for winter and work on it while it’s warm enough to be outside. Then I’ll shift back to the e36 when it’s too cold to be outside.
We have supplemental osb tongue and groove flooring to supplement the poorly installed plywood floor.
All new signal lights. Tested and functional.

The best help getting the roof ready for its appliances.
Ceiling insulated and 1/8” plywood installed. Fan and AC installed. In theory, the roof should be sealed up now. Up next is to finish insulating the walls and sheath those. Then paint. Vinyl flooring. And then we start building the beds, cabinets, bathroom, etc.
