Head unit: Pioneer SXT-C10PS
•
Front: Kicker KSS504 5.25” components, initially mounted in their coaxial configuration in the factory-high door locations
After researching and asking AI I landed on the following signal chain and DSP functions:
•
Rear: Kicker KSC6504 6.5” coaxials, with rear-deck openings enlarged/adapted as needed
•
Amplifier: Pioneer GM-DX975 5-channel — 75 W × 4 for the cabin speakers plus dedicated sub power
•
Subwoofer: Single compact 10” passive sub, ideally around 300–400 W RMS in a small sealed enclosure
•
DSP: No separate DSP initially; use the SXT-C10PS’s EQ, crossovers, time alignment, speaker levels, and sub controls
•
Tuning: Front HPF ~80–90 Hz, rear HPF ~90–100 Hz, sub LPF ~80–90 Hz; rear speakers slightly quieter than the fronts
