What I need to do:

Drive the car until fuel pump stops working, then test the voltage at the pump. 
•
If it gets 12-14v than issue is pump or after 
•
If it is underpowered it is the relay or grounding 
•
Reroute fuel over carb
•
Thoroughly test relay
