Bring documented service items current while preserving the original engine configuration.

Parts
Scope is conditional on receipts, mileage and inspection. Schedule an oil-and-filter service if the previous service cannot be verified.
Checklist
•
Establish dates and mileage of the previous oil, filters and ignition service.
•
Confirm engine identification and parts fitment before ordering.
•
Service engine oil and both oil filters when due; renew disturbed drain seals.
•
Inspect the intake filter and replace if due or dirty.
•
Inspect ignition leads, distributor condition and service history; replace plugs if due.
•
Inspect accessory belts and cooling-fan operation.
•
Trace any oil seepage before authorizing seals or gasket replacement.
•
Record actual oil used, quantities, parts invoices, service date and odometer.
Use the factory workshop procedure for oil-level checking, fill quantity and fastener torques. Candidate parts are a research shortlist, not proof of a diagnosed fault.
