Check function of choke wax motor / "wax pellet" - need a new one? Seems good

Check function of microswitch - need a new one? No, it’s good
•
Can I find a sub-EGR valve boot?

Buy JIS screws & screwdrivers - M4 - don't need
Tasks
What I need to do:
•
Remove carb
•
Buy rebuild kit, float, base gasket
•
Buy idle pull-off diaphragm, vacuum secondary actuator, & other small parts
•
Disassemble everything, with lots of photos
•
Test vacuum actuators
•
Soak in dip
•
Record idle mixture setting, remove screw, clean, reinstall (3-5/8 turns out)
•
Brush and spray out every passage w/ solvent
•
Remove remaining stripped screws
•
Clean every little chingus thoroughly
•
Reassemble choke, set properly
•
Scrape remaining gaskets from surfaces
•
Reassemble other chingaderos
•
Source new coolant hose 5/16”
•
New fuel hose 1/4”
•
Test vacuum hoses for leaks 3.5mm
•
Replace vacuum hoses 3.5mm
•
Clean intake manifold
•
Set carb adjustment screws to base settings
•
Measure for sub-EGR boot - design for 3d print?
•
Reinstall and adjust
